The NEW Cakes Contest is here! Theme Cakes are what you're all asking for, so we want to see the very best Kids Birthday Theme Cakes that are out there!
What's your birthday theme- beach, pirates, fairies, luau, Star Wars, dinosaurs..? The options are almost endless!

We know that making your own cake takes a lot of work, so we like to reward you for your efforts! Your cakes and birthday cake pics will have their very own web pages and you might even win one of our great prizes!

First Prize:
$50 worth of exclusive and cool kids clothes from Fat Mummas.

Second Prize:
$30 worth of exclusive and cool kids clothes from Fat Mummas.

Before you enter, there are a couple of rules to keep it fair for ALL!

Submission Rules:


"Unique Cakes Contest"

• Each entry and photo must be of a cake that you made, or assisted in making.


• Do not worry if your cake has come from a recipe book, we are interested in your unique touches that made it special on the day!


• Please include step-by-step instructions on how you made your cake. The ingredients used, preparation, and any other relevant information.


• Include birthday cake recipes as well as decorating tips so others can recreate your masterpiece.


• The birthday cake pictures you send need to be a close up of the cake so everyone can see the details. Send your pictures in JPG file format.

Your cake entries will be judged on August 14th, based on their creativity, detailed instructions, and uniqueness of course!

This round we will accept all kinds of Kids birthday theme cakes. That's any theme that you can think of for a kids birthday!
Don't worry we'll soon be doing animals, cartoon characters and more to give you a fantastic birthday cake photo gallery to come back to whenever you have an event approaching!

Winners for the Unique Baby Cakes

We had a tough time selecting the final winners with such an array of fabulous cakes entered, but in the end

1st place went to-

Baby Rump Cake- by Michaela (Imperial, MO, US).
We can understand why Michaela started talking to her cake, it is just adorable, all the way down to the little creases in the feet!

2nd place goes to-

Little Peanut Cake- by Donna (Macungie, PA, US).
Another adorable cake, with some simple but very effective decorating.

The Theme Cakes Contest ends on 14th August 2009, so get baking! Winners will be contacted by email to organize your prizes. Well done!
