I am sorry to hear that you have been disappointed by Playhouse Disney- unfortunately we have no control over the contests or prizes that they promote on their site.
If you are in the US and have have entered a US based contest then there is no reason for you not to be eligible. If you contact their website directly you may get a positive outcome.

Five weeks ago i put my two sons names down for your Handy Manny grow your own seeds promotion.For the past five weeks they have been eagerly waiting for the postman everyday to see if he has brought them. I have put there names down again in that time and still no seeds.If this is an american promotion why keep advertising it here, and if not do as you say you will and stop dissapointing children who love to watch your channel.
