We created a Vanilla slab cake and chocolate slab cake. We used a vanilla filling and covered the exterior with a gray colored homemade icing for effect.

We then created the mansion with rice crispie cereal treats and covered in fondant(white), adding layers for detail as we went.

We used candy sprinkles for the roof which were stuck on there by spreading icing over the area and sprinkling the candies to give a roof like effect. We then used food color gels to "paint" on the detail effects to the mansion to give a realistic old wood effect.

We created the mummy, skull, pumpkins and headstones from chocolate using a chocolate mould. The tree was created with gum paste and let dry then "painted" with food coloring. once put together it was quite exhilarating to see what we created.
