Money and bananas cake
I made a coconut flavoured cake by adding coconut milk to a vanilla cake. Vanilla frosting with toasted coconut between the layers. The monkey head and bananas are made of krispy treat, covered with royal icing and covered with fondant. For the crate, I used fondant rolled with a wood grain rolling pin and hand painted the brown colour to keep the texture. Once the cake was done, I steamed to bring out the coulour and set the fondant.
