Easy Chocolate Sauce
This makes a lovely Christmas gift, placed into a decorated jar. It will only take 5 minutes to prepare and is a simple yet sweet Christmas recipe and gift idea. Because it is prepared in saucepan which requires adult supervision, the kids can take charge of decorating your jars.

You'll Need
175g Dark Chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup cream

Simply heat up the chocolate and cream in a saucepan on low heat. Stir until the chocolate has melted and you have a nice thick consistency. Allow the mixture to cool and pour into sterilised jars, ready for their decorated lids.

This yummy chocolate sauce can be kept in the fridge, but will need to be sat in hot water for 5-10 minutes to regain its runny consistency.

Christmas Chocolate Leaves
This is great Christmas Holiday recipe for the kids as they will love getting the chocolate all over their hands! Mom or dad's help will be required to melt the chocolate. The trade-off is that you will have some beautiful chocolate Christmas leaves to decorate your dessert or gifts with.

You'll Need
1 Block of plain milk chocolate
A selection of washed holly or rose leaves

Melt the chocolate over a double saucepan. Dip in a leaf, veined side up, into the chocolate, trying to coat just the underside of the leaf. Remove and place onto a plate, with the chocolate side facing upwards to dry. After completing the required number of leaves, place the plate in the fridge for 1/2 hour to allow the leaves to set. Once set, you can gently peel the real leaf from the chocolate leaf.

Yummy Christmas Chocolate Fudge
This chocolate Christmas recipe is one that can be used all year round, because it's so easy and quick to make. It also makes a great recipe for your own family when you're looking for an easy Christmas treat.

2 cups/12 oz of semi-sweet chocolate pieces/buttons
1 tin/14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped walnuts- or nuts of your preference
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
