Baby Girl...so cute you want to eat her!

I got the idea from the Wilton website. I made 2 double layered 10" round cakes and covered them in homemade marshmallow fondant.

I used special marshmallows because the mom-to-be does not eat anything with gelatin. It was a little harder to work with (more sticky) but still worked. I used edible pearls for earrings. The only thing that wasn't edible was the pink bow.

The cake had a red raspberry filling per the hostess' request but next time I would advise against that since it was not a pretty sight when they started cutting into this poor "baby" cake!
